The Famous San Diego Chicken will be making his 2nd appearance in Hot Springs, Arkansas, for the world's shortest St. Patrick's Day parade on Saturday, March 17th, 2012. The parade kicks off at 6:30pm and along with The Chicken will be celebrity Grand Marshall, Tim Matheson, best known for playing Otter in the comedy smash hit, Animal House.
